Clinic Overview:

Our clinical staff is comprised of psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and counselors, working in four locations in Oregon. We offer the flexibility of a private practice model, and with the support of an administrative team composed of intake screening, scheduling, front desk, billing, collections, credentialing, and marketing. We strive to maintain a collaborative, receptive, and welcoming organizational culture.

Licensed Psychologist/ Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Role Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Director of Behavioral Health

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center is seeking full-time licensed psychologist or master's level therapist (licensed in Oregon or license eligible) to join our fun and dynamic private practice. 

Newly licensed or soon to be licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well; those seeking to gain training in ADHD assessment and treatment will be provided robust training prior to seeing clients. 

Ideal candidates will be confident in their ability to evaluate and treat behavioral, social, emotional, and cultural concerns while integrating information obtained from caregivers, medical providers, and other behavioral health providers. Good communication and ability to collaboratively develop a treatment plan and help individuals implement skills in an effective manner is essential. 

The role is full time at one of our Portland area locations. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Intake evaluations
  • Ongoing treatment
  • Attend weekly treatment team meetings
  • Timely completion of documentation

Compensation:

Our goal is to be completely upfront and transparent about our compensation! Behavioral providers are compensated on an annual salary model, with performance based raise eligibility calculated twice during the first year of employment, and thereafter annually. Minimum full time salary for psychologists is $84,500 annually, for maintaining a minimum weekly average of 23 billable service units, which include direct patient services, supervision, supervision preparation and consultation, and other leadership duties. For context, behavioral health providers weekly average billable service units have varied between 23 and 33, with a general average around 28. This relates to a compensation range of $84,500 to $136,000, and an average of about $109,000. 

For Licensed Master's Level Therapists (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs), we offer an annual salary model with performance based raise eligibility calculated twice during the first year of employment and annually thereafter. Given differences in insurance reimbursement rates, the minimum full time annual salary for licensed master's level therapists is $58,094 for maintaining  a minimum weekly average of 23 billable service units. Activities that count toward billable service units include direct patient services, supervision, supervision preparation and consultation, and other leadership duties. For those performing at a high level of 33 weekly average billable units, a licensed master's level therapist would earn an annual salary of about $94,000. At the average performance level of 28 weekly average billable units, the annual salary for a licensed master's level therapist would be about $74,500.

Northwest ADHD Treatment Center also provides annual cost of living adjustments that are separate and in addition to performance based raises!
